So, the rumors are out there; its the movie! yay! its a game trailer.. ommmm ohkay.. its a publicity stunt.. bummer.. I found this posted over at Kotaku; Its Jeri Ryan explaining what it really was..

Okay, so… Mortal Kombat,” she tweets. “It’s not a game trailer. Actually was made for the director to sell WB on his vision for a reimagined MK film.”Ryan said she did her role as a favor to a friend. “No idea yet what WB’s reaction to it was,” she adds. I can tell you what my reaction was: stoked.

While a Mortal Kombat film was directed by Paul W.S. Anderson (of Resident Evil movie fame) in 1995, an updated take on the franchise has been languishing in development hell. However, a lawsuit has been filed by the development partner of the original film as it signed a contract in 2006 to do a sequel.

The Mortal Kombat: Rebirth short was helmed by Kevin Tancharoen. He directed last year’s Fame remake.

Goodbye Twitter!

Well, Today serves as the last day that I exist on Twitter. I have become beyond sick-and-tired of the retards that follow you, and all they contribute is porn, spam, or other such trash that I’m not interested in.
So, since the people @ Twitter allows this crap to go on, it appears I’m forced back to my own site which is my only safe site to exist on along with Linkedin and Facebook; which also seem to be the only safe social sites now in existence on the internet, or atleast with enough security/privacy in place to not allow these losers the ability to comment.. To bad, we cannot snuff them out for real.. Ohh well.. I can always dream.

So cya, Twitter, its been real. (not really…)

To Twitter, or not to Twitter?

So I was curious, I signed up for Twitter. Its purpose seemed intriguing. I figured, in my day, I can muster a few moment here and there to throw up a pointless plug for what I’m doing at any given time. My plan was fool-proof, right up til this morning when I received this email from our corporate security officers.

So it’s official; twitter is a pointless waste of life… I guess I won’t be wasting those few moments a day afterall…
