So does that mean Pixar is going to do the animation in Thor or Avengers, or Captain America even…

District 9 a rockin’ good time!
Aug 16th
I went to see District 9 yesterday, with no expectations. I had seen previews, but they do a good job keeping the plot in the dark.
I will tell you, its a hell of a movie! The CGI was much better then I expected; So lifelike the prawns look, you cannot even tell their are fake. I was really impressed!
The story is excellent, its kinda told in a third persons point of view at the beginning, then goes into a rocket ride, when the star of the movie is infected with a liquid from the aliens. From there all HELL breaks loose. (I won’t spoil anymore of the fun for you!)
WARNING - If you have a weak stomach, or don’t like blood and gore, this is probably not the movie for you. It is filled with dismemberment’s, humans being vaporized into a fine red mist, and bloody chunks of body parts which seeming hit the camera throughout the entire movie..
The aliens weapons are freakishly awesome to watch, and take destruction to a whole new level.
If you like that sort of thing, and go to movies for high tech goodies, tons of blood and gore and a good storyline told from a average-ordinary-pansies Point of View, you will absolutely love District 9.
I did!
10 out of 10! Now if only they would sell beer in the theater.
GI JOE is a win!
Aug 7th
GI JOE was excellent. All the bad reviews are garbage. Tons of action, lots of CGI, hot babes, not too deep of a plot to fall asleep too, and did a fairly good job sticking to comic book, and cartoon roots. Left wide open for more background and sequel. A 9 out of 10 + 2 thumbs up!
So, what are you waiting for!
GO SEE IT
NOW!!!
